Restaurant/places to eat in The Londoner

This hotel was overall a good experience. Considering the price tag some things were not as good as expected though: - The location. Although it is very central located Leicester Square does have a share of homeless people walking around and heavy ambiance in the late night. Nevertheless considering connections is as perfect as it can be in central London. - The rooms are a little small but nicely appointed. - The bathroom has a weird design with a small bathtub. Really liked the toto toilet. - Too much light in the room in the night. The curtains don't close completely and are a lot of mirrors reflecting the light troughout the room. - The hotel is big with several common areas and at reception there is no clear explanation... for instance I didn't understand if the courtyard was open or not. Nevertheless the gym, pool and spa were very straightforward and well appointed. - I think it is not acceptable the in room open ear cleaners (cotonete) for hygienic reasons. - Lights over the bed too strong. - Room cleaning could be better. The highlights of the stay: - The central location besides the inherent problems. - Lively but yet organized and not loud entrance lobby and bar. - The complimentary soft drinks and snacks at the secondary lobby. - Miller Harris bath products overall very good except the body lotion which the smell was harsh and totally off. - Gym and pool. - Overall very quiet room and halls. So would I return there? Honestly only if I really need to stay at Leicester Square. For me it was good but not amazing stay, with an overall feeling of pretensious mood and too expensive for what it was. If you want a really luxurious expericence I would recommend to search elsewhere but at a discount this would be a nice stay. For the amount of hotels in central London this one just didn't excited me enough.. I would prefer to return to Pan Pacific for instance.

Lounge or bar in The Londoner

Absolutely seamless service, upon arrival the door was opened for us, our luggage whisked away and we were guided into a fabulous bar for a free arrival drink. The receptionist informed us that we were given an upgrade free of charge and the rooms were absolutely stunning. Bonus points for the heated toilet seat and caramel truffles. Due to pool maintenance we were given a voucher to use another 5 star hotel and also provided a free (absolutely stunning and tasty) breakfast with the widest range of options and juices I've honestly ever seen. The thing that stood out for me most though was the staff, each one was warm, pleasant, helpful and genuine. Thank you

this hotel exceeded my expectations! very beautiful design and interior decor, the facilities were plenty and impressive. the rooms were so beautiful and clean, the high tech toilet in the room, in room dining was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful! the hotel guest lounge is an amazing idea for anyone who wants to come back to the hotel for a short break but doesn't necessarily want to be alone in their room.

Property building in The Londoner

The hotel is well designed and beautiful, and all staff were friendly and helpful. Fantastic location. The room was immaculately clean. The pool is nice, just remember to book somewhere to sit in case it’s busy. Attentive service at breakfast and a good selection to choose from. Wifi is fast. Always appreciate when there’s Chromecast.

This place is great. Luxurious. Amazing rooms with luxury bedding and decor, an amazing pool/spa/sauna area, the coolest gym I’ve ever seen in a hotel (maybe anywhere), and a really nice hotel members only area. The best thing is the location. Walkable and close to the underground which is so easy to use. We walked with our bags from the underground to the hotel and then back with our bags to the underground. Easy 3 minute walk. Really enjoyed our stay.

Luxury hotel that exceeded expectations in many ways! Room was small but that's expected for London. The location made up for it and the comfort of the room. Spa was lovely but small, being able to book a cabana was an added treat and it wasn't busy when I went there on both days over the weekend. Room service was great, breakfast in the morning was delicious albeit it pricey and not very big. Bed was comfy, room an ok size for location but could have been bigger for the price. Couldn't get a better location!

The location, the hotel itself is very nice, rooms are slightly small but really well equipped and the facilities are marvellous. Staff, ALL STAFF, were wonderful. Nice touches like the VIP lounge for guests with free tea/coffee and soft drinks, a lovely swimming pool, and a concierge service. Bathroom and toilet were extremely well fitted.
